| * A Call-Out fee is charged for fixing faults outside of e-wire’s network boundary or faults outside the 12 months warranty period. Call-Out fees are also charged for installation of additional points when the property is already connected to our network. Pricing may differ where developer packages are offered. Prices are correct at the time of print and based on installation to single storey homes under construction. Prices are subject to change. It is the home owner’s responsibility to notify e-wire of their requirements prior to the home reaching plate height (ie. e-wire must have access to the home for installation while home is under construction) otherwise additional charges will apply. The home owner will be responsible for costs if established landscaping/paving has to be removed. All care but no responsibility is taken on removal of landscaping/paving.
