The Brighton Phase Two ITP includes all Brighton Estate land releases from Stage 22 to a yet to be determined release.

The installation covers all costs for a standard install when the home is at ‘plate height’. e-wire is to be notified before the house reaches plate height (1st storey brickwork complete). Additional charges may apply for established houses, double storey houses and/or houses with established landscaping/paving. Any paving or landscaping removed will be replaced at the customers cost. All care but no responsibility will be taken on landscaping/paving that is moved. An approved e-wire contractor must install the lead-in. Unauthorised installs may be disconnected without notice. 6 month Internet service begins from date of final connection. The subscriber may upgrade to a higher account by paying the relevant upgrade amount. Professional install extra. If the subscriber chooses to continue access after the ITP has expired, ownership of the cable modem is transferred to the subscriber. If the subscriber wishes to close the account after the ITP has expired, the subscriber must return the cable modem in good working order with all cables, disks and other accessories supplied. The Brighton Phase Two ITP services component is not valid for investment homes. Offer expires if not taken within 18 months of Settlement of land.
